- £28m t/o, 170 headcount manufacturer of mechanical components & solutions into regulated process industries globally

Salary/package TBC ; likely to be £115,000 £225,000 total package but depends on equity timing (significant equity taking overall package well beyond the market rate for Global Sales Director jobs)

25+ EBITDA engineering business? Are you an Internationally focused Export Sales Director / Global Sales and Marketing Director?

***- Ambitious - wanting to take that step from being an employee to being a business owner and have a significant equity stake in a highly profitable £28m t/o R&D focused engineering business

Must have some international business experience this is a very export focused business
Ideally a technical understanding this is a complex mechanical engineering solution into highly regulated industries you will need to be able to assimilate technical engineering principles/solutions (happy to train)
Data driven. The Exec team are very IT driven and analytical; utilising IT systems to make things efficient and accurate is important
Collaborative direct reports (7 approx.) are friendly and committed. So someone who engages in a nice way to lead this team (someone to support and facilitate the team)
You must be happy to do international travel
Strategic intellect an ability to help drive strategic international growth in an already very successful £28m t/o, £4.25+ EBITDA business
