Job Opening:
Machine Minders Needed for Immediate Start in Burtonwood

Join our family-friendly team in Burtonwood We urgently require Machine Minders to become integral members of our busy maintenance department.


Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently organise and prioritise work schedules.
  • Work in collaboration with our maintenance team during production shifts
  • Carry out the planned daily checks and maintenance schedules.

These will include the following:

I. Lubrication of equipment, blade integrity checks, checking and calibrating weighing equipment,
FLT checks, air compressor checks and general plant condition.

II. Checking all Machines Regularly for blade integrity and replacing them when necessary
III. Documenting all faults and reporting to engineering.


Shift Operation: 5 days out of 7 weekends will be worked on a weekly rota:

  • 06:0014:00
  • 09:0017:00
  • 12:0020:00

Training:
You will initially work under the guidance of our maintenance department. Training will be
provided, so no prior experience is necessary.


Position Details:


  • Fulltime, Permanent roles will be offered after 12 weeks of training.
  • Salary: £11.68 per hour

Work Schedule:


  • 8hour shifts
  • Day shifts/Evening shifts
  • Optional overtime
  • Weekends are scheduled on a rota basis.

Location Requirements:


  • Must reliably commute to Warrington, WA5 4HX, or plan to relocate before starting work.
