We are looking for a new dental receptionist at Barron Dental. We are happy to consider full time or part time hours and this will be a permanent position. Hours are negotiable from 30-39 hours. Experience in dentistry would be advantageous.

Barron Dental is an independently owned, mainly private clinic. The Barron Dental team are looking for a motivated, friendly person to join our team.

This position would be suitable for someone with:

excellent communication skills

- experience in customer care
- experience in business administration
- an excellent telephone manner
- organised, with attention to detail
- enthusiastic and eager to learn
- be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

This position will involve:

Greeting patients
Liaising with patients (requests/enquiries)
Payment handling
Giving appointments using computerised diary system
Incoming/outgoing telephone calls
Liaising with dentists, practice manager and other staff
General administration tasks
