Description
Serra and Speller Ltd are a property maintenance and construction company based in London.

We work closely with a wide range of Property Managers, covering the M25 and Home Counties, organising and conducting a range of small repairs through to large scale works.

MUST HAVE OWN VAN (car WILL NOT be suitable).

MUST live in SW London


Salary:
£200 per day


Hours required:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00

  • Familiarity with power tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safety rules
  • Tiling
  • Plumbing
  • Plastering
  • Carpentry
  • Locksmith experience (beneficial but not essential)
  • Sash window experience (beneficial but not essential)
  • High standard of finish

Own tools are required

Job Types:

Pay:
£200.00 per day
