This is an exciting new opportunity for a property professional to join the Pre Market team as Team Leader in the Asset Management Land and New Homes Division of LSL.

Offering a great insight into property and sales environment liaising with both clients,vendors and Estate Agents.


The PX Hub is a fast growing division of LSL property services who provide asset management services across the UK property industry for a variety of clients including Builders and property disposal companies.

The Pre-Market Team is a vital part within The PX Hub.

The team are responsible for providing our clients with the recommended purchase / suggested marketing price to ensure the properties in which we are asked to value sell within our clients required timeframe.

The team consists of Property Co-Ordinators and Property Valuation Co-Ordinators.


Our Property Valuation Co-Ordinators are desktop valuer' s who utilise the information provided by our clients, homeowners and valuing agents to then aid them in completing their own Property Appraisal.

The team will liaise with valuing and local agentswhen conducting their own research to ensure their recommended valuation is suitable for Part Exchange, Assisted Move or Disposal purposes dependant on the client.


Role Purpose

  • To supervise, lead and motivate a team who work 7 days a week, both remotely and within an office environment
  • Deal with complex customer complaints in a professional and calm matter
  • To ensure that customer satisfaction levels and perception of The PX Hub is enhanced and maintained to ensure it grows and develops in line with its financial forecast
  • To lead by example and undertake additional duties as required by Senior Management
  • To monitor and the running of daily, weekly and monthly MI against targets.
  • Responsible for ongoing coaching and performance management of team members in a confidential manner
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to all procedures and deadlines specified by the management team
  • Carry out monthly risk checks on team members and produce action and coaching plans where required
  • To carry out appraisals and 11 meetings for staff out of probation with notes completed for review by the Assistant Operations Manager
  • Attend client review meetings when required and assist with any preparation work before the meeting and taking/providing minutes following the meeting


This role is a non-customer facing role but essential that you have Property Industry Knowledge, Experience conducting valuations of residential properties for sale, Experience with Managing a team, Excellent customer service skills, Good communication skillsboth verbally and in writing, Attention to detail, Ability to multi-task, Ability to work under pressure and prioritise a workload.

Previous experience of Asset Management if cases for Developer clients is preferred but not essential.

The department operational hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, Saturday 9am - 3pm and Sundays 10am - 4pm.

Saturday's worked can be taken as Time off in lieu or an overtime payment at your standard rate.

Location - Whilst in probation you will be working full time from our office in Bulwell and then after sign off you will have the option to work in flexibly (this will be a maximum of 2 days per week excluding weekends which you can work from home)
