BTG Accountancy & Finance is working with a growing and dynamic business based in derby.
The business has almost doubled in size in the past few years and will make further acquisitions this year.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Financial Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of financial statements and reports.
Recording and reconciling financial transactions.
Managing the company's accounting systems and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legislation.
Analyzing financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting.
Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Managing cash flow, including the preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
Assisting with the yearend audit process.
