We are looking for a dynamic individual to work within our busy outpatient department to lead a team of administration/reception staff and ensure efficient running of outpatient clinics.


You will be responsible for coordinating outpatient clinics, working closely with a team of Consultants and nurses, taking calls from patients and other health teams, managing e-Referral on a daily basis, reporting and analysing data, ensuring all patient pathway targets are monitored and met, and leading a small team of administration staff within your department.


Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills will be required for this post as you will be expected to communicate well with all levels of staff and the public.
