Service Advisor Required

Prestige Main Dealer
Based in Tonbridge
Circa £30k Basic Salary + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am6pm + Saturday Morning Rota

Our client a Prestige Main Dealer are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy department.

As a Service Advisor for our client, you will be responsible for delivering high quality customer service, both in-person and over the phone.

You will be responsible for:
booking in appointments, providing customers with updates on their vehicles, and liaising with the workshop.

Our client is ideally looking for an experienced Service Advisor with previous experience in the main dealer network. Our client will, however, consider those from an independent background looking to join the dealer network.
