JOB TITLE:
DEPLOYMENT HUB CHAMPION


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to Petrofac's Life Saving Rules.
  • Contribute to Deployment Hub strategic plan to achieve business excellence.
  • Be the face of Petrofac and the Deployment Hub, by taking ownership of the offshore induction program, delivery and improvements based on feedback. The role holder will be required to undertake training and development to deliver key aspects during the induction. This includes, but not limited to;
  • Face Fit, Shoulder Measurements.
  • Access for the employees to relevant systems including Cloud, Expenses App.
  • Access for the employees to Competence and Training portal & supporting including completing the induction requirement.
  • Coach and mentor other Induction champions from other parts of the Deployment Hub.
- 'Own' the area for Induction delivery and work with relevant areas of the business to ensure the area and location is engaging, welcoming and fit for purpose.

  • Be trained in the basic parts of all coordinator roles within the Deployment hub in order to support key projects and critical activities if required when resources are limited.
  • Support the development, implementation and ongoing review/maintenance of processes and Standard Work Instructions (SWI's).
  • Be the Champion for ways of working in line with processes and provide coaching and mentoring to personnel within the Deployment Hub.
  • Carry out audits against Deployment Hub processes and work with relevant stakeholders to close out actions and ensure any changes are implemented and rolled out to all relevant Deployment Hub personnel.
  • Liaise with all Supervisors within the Deployment Hub to understand key projects and deliverables and where Deployment Hub Champions can be utilized to support.
- 'Own' and evolve the role to benefit the overall experience of the offshore employee and inform the strategy of the Deployment Hub.

  • Be proactively involved in the strategy of the Deployment Hub, providing the Operations Manager and Operations Advisor with feedback.
  • Work closely with the Operations Advisor to design and develop tools to capture feedback from relevant stakeholders and offshore personnel to inform performance KPI's and highlight improvements required.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:


  • Train the Trainer or equivalent desirable or willing to undertake.
  • Face Fit, Shoulder Measurement, Eye fit trained desirable or willing to undertake.
  • Audit trained desirable or willing to undertake.
  • Root Cause Analysis trained desirable or willing to undertake.
  • Customer Service qualified desirable or minimum years of experience in a similar customer facing role (logistics, recruitment) within Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Working knowledge of the issues faced and raised by offshore employees.
  • Working knowledge of HR, recruitment and pay systems/processes.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive projects.
  • A proactive attitude and aptitude for taking on tasks.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and recognize support required by others.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently and communicate results.
  • Ability to identify solutions for improvements.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the business.
