Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of product strategies
  • Assist with product planning, prioritisation and execution
  • Gather and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and team members to inform product decisions
  • Based on client needs, write specifications for future development and oversee the delivery and implementation of plans
  • Oversee feature requests and backlog and plan product roadmaps accordingly
  • Monitor product performance to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Partner with the Head of Operations and Technical Lead as required to highlight any project escalations for quick and effective resolutions
  • Provide training and support during and after the implementation process to team members and assist with any customer support requests

Required Skills:


  • 12 years of experience in software product management or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies would be beneficial
  • Must have right to work in the UK


This is a 14-month Fixed Term Contract covering an employee on maternity leave with the possibility of turning into a permanent role as the company grows.
