Working as part of a small team developing and rolling out the Targeted Lung health check programme to eligible patients across County Durham.

Promoting the service within the community and engaging with the general public Handling telephone calls ensuring that patients, families and carers are informed, available and prepared for relevant investigations Maintain data quality To maintain waiting lists, identifying problems and providing solution where possible.

Administrative tasks such as sorting and sending letters and appointments out Documenting appropriate data into databases for accurate recording.

Using IT platforms Collaboration with other SRM coordinators across the consortium to share and adopt good practice To contribute to the development of the role.
