Are you a seasoned digital marketer Tutor with a passion for education and mentoring? Do you have a solid understanding of BCS (British Computer Society) standards and have taught in apprenticeship programs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for youRole and Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions in digital marketing to apprentices enrolled in our BCSaligned programs.
- Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with BCS standards and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to apprentices throughout their learning journey.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to ensure apprentices' progress and success.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the digital marketing field and incorporate relevant updates into the training program.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and industry professionals to continually enhance the quality of our digital marketing apprenticeship program.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and expertise in the field of digital marketing, including handson experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with BCS standards and apprenticeship programs related to digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire apprentices.
- Experience in designing and delivering effective training sessions for adult learners.
- Relevant teaching or assessing qualifications (e.g., PTLLS, CTLLS, DTTLS, A1 Assessor Award) would be advantageous.
- A commitment to staying updated with industry developments and a passion for continuous learning.
- Previous experience in mentoring or coaching individuals in their professional development would be beneficial.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 2 per week
Salary:
Up to £20.00 per hour
