Macildowie are working with a Manufacturer based in Leicestershire who are looking to recruit a Sales Support Co-Coordinator to support the Sales Department.

You will assist the Sales Director & Technical Sales Team on new business introduction and supportingcustomer requirements.


About the role:


  • Maintain master sales sheet with new and prospective business for each business unit
  • Costing of new products.
  • Conduct account margin analysis and implement price increases where relevant, on selected accounts.
  • Reporting on relevant sales data.
  • Conduct monthly margin analysis.
  • Input data onto Forms & Supplier Portals.
  • Create supply proposals in conjunction with the account management team for new business.
  • Host Feasibility Meetings & Maintain Feasibility Forms With Relevant Data.
  • To be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal/communication skills including good listening skills, patience and attention to detail.
  • Super user of Excel.
  • Be a positive and self motivated individual, and have the ability to work unsupervised to tight deadlines whilst prioritising your own workload.
  • Be committed and persistent with the ability to see a job through to conclusion, thorough and systematic, organised, inquisitive, factual, hardworking with a probing, questioning objective approach.
  • In addition, due to the nature of the business, reliability, flexibility and good timekeeping are essential requirements.
  • Flexible working/hybrid role.
