Our client are a recruitment company. They're seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join their team as an Administrative Support and Marketing Specialist.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth by taking charge of the social media presence, content creation, marketing trends analysis, and providing essential administrative support suchas booking flights etc.


Role and Responsibilities:

As the Administrative Support and Marketing Specialist, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities that play a crucial role in our company's success:


Marketing and Content Creation:


  • Manage and curate the company's social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Stay uptodate with current industry trends and implement effective marketing strategies to reach a wider audience.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, videos, graphics, and other materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products/services and drive customer engagement.

Podcast Suite Management:


  • Take ownership of our podcast suite, overseeing its production, promotion, and growth.
  • Coordinate podcast recording sessions, manage episode releases, and optimise podcast content for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with hosts and guests to create compelling podcast episodes that align with the brand identity and objectives.

Administrative Support:


  • Provide administrative support director, including managing a busy diary, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, with a keen eye for detail and organisation.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks such as maintaining records, managing correspondence, and handling incoming inquiries.

Expo Participation:


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule.
  • Attention to detail, strong problemsolving abilities, and excellent time management.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and content creation software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in podcast management is a plus.
  • Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to learn about industry trends and best practices.
  • A proactive approach to tasks and a strong sense of ownership over projects.

Salary and Benefits:


  • Salary range: £23,000 £27,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
