Opus Vitae are actively recruiting for a
Marketing Assistant for our client based in the
Oswestry area.


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5 pm


Experience we are looking for...

Main duties and responsibilities will include...

  • Assist in the development of all marketing, both on and offline, literature and media.
  • Daytoday coordination of the weekly enewsletter, to include news gathering and editing.
  • A proactive approach to the creation of photographs and videos.
  • Assist with all social media activities including creation of content, posting content and reviewing technologies and trends.
  • Assist in the creation of press releases.
  • Daytoday coordination of website content (including collating, writing, editing, distributing news) and ensuring all content is up to date.
  • Update and maintain sitewide digital signage system.
  • Design internal marketing material.
  • Assist in coordination and marketing of all events.
  • Assist the marketing team with the administration of The Holroyd Community Theatre and attend events as required.
  • Assist the International Director with the collation of marketing materials for distribution to relevant bodies.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
  • Any other task under the direction of your line manager or member of the Senior Leadership Team within the reasonable scope of the role

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
  • Marketing: 1 year (required)
