Service Coordinator - Educational Psychology Service

We are currently looking for an efficient and proactive coordinator to provide high quality support to our Educational Psychologists.

This will be a challenging role - but also a fantastic opportunity to build specialist knowledge of an "in demand" area of children's services.

Essential:

Experience as a coordinator or senior administrator within children's services.
Confident with varying electronic systems and programs able to learn new programs quickly.
Competent and confident with Excel. Independently confident with written communications to various audiences (Schools, parents, Eps, senior management).
Calm dealing with difficult situations.

Example duties below:

Providing executive level support for the Principal Social Worker. Support with recruitment processes and induction.
Ordering equipment.
Updating website.
Parent advice service bookings.
Statutory advice support.
Support with traded service.
Raising POs and invoicing.
Supporting online assessments for Eps.
