EFM Fleet Services Ltd is a well-established Fleet Management company that offers its customers a comprehensive service, due to expansion EFM Fleet Services is looking to recruit a
Workshop Administrator based at our Head office, located at Sharston, Manchester M22 4TE.


Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for processing all invoices, chasing up credits, managing stock control and some outbound calls to mobile engineers.

Full training will be given but the ability to multitask, manage, prioritise your own workload will be a must. Support will never be far away but be working under your own supervision most of the time once trained.

  • Commencing salary £26,000
  • 6am till 3pm Rota to be confirmed and could be flexable.

The Workshop Administrator will have the following tasks

  • Ensure all invoices are recorded and processed.
  • Work with workshops to ensure stock levels are correct.
  • Ensure returned stock is credited correctly.
  • Quarterly reports of all workshops outstanding jobs
  • Work with accounts to ensure payments can be made on time.
  • Assist in reasonable office administration when required.

Skills required for a Workshop Administrator

  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Previous phonebased customer service experience
  • Ability to meet specific deadlines.
  • A committed and flexible approach, excellent customer services
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Display enthusiasm and commitment, willing to own problems and take responsibility.
  • Good attention to detail and understanding of the importance of accurate and thorough data capture.
  • Good computer skills and the use of Microsoft Word and Outlook will be required in the role.

Desirable Quality's

  • Driving license, given the location and potential working hours.
  • Good approach to learning new skills, willingness to excel in all areas of the business.

Salary:
From £26,000.00 per year
