The opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Administrator to join our VWCV team in Liverpool. Reporting into the Dealership Accountant you will complete all associated administration duties associated with purchasing a vehicle. This will include all invoicing paperwork, the online taxing and registering of vehicles and updating of internal sales systems.

As a Senior Sales Administrator you'll need a keen eye for detail and need to ensure all vehicle documents are correct and that FCA regulations are met.

You will work closely with Sales Executives to ensure our customers receive the best possible service when it comes to vehicle handover.

More about the role:

Day to day supervision of the Sales Admin team, assisting with development of employees within their roles
To ensure compliance with all departmental processes
Completion of all sales related documents
Ensuring customer satisfaction metrics are hit
Ensuring all paperwork is fully compliant
Recording purchases on the system

More about you:

Previous Sales Administration supervision experience
Experience of working within a dealership
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of managing your own and others workload
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent organisation and time keeping skills
