£20-24K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 2)

The Role:

Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
Researching your market
Account Management
Building relationships with existing and new clients
Networking

Most commission paid in a single month to one person was £38K

Market leading in house trainer. Lots of onetoones.
Team holidays for hitting target have been to Dubai and Barcelona before and this year going to Dublin and Miami

The Requirements:

Recent graduate or 1 years sales experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good academics, ideally degree educated
Financially motivated
Competitive
A sense of achievement sport, internships etc
Work ethic
Self confidence
