A Customer Service Advisor is required to join a leading law firm based in Liverpool City Centre on a part time basis working evenings and weekends.

Previous customer service experience is required, this can be from a retail, professional services or hospitalitybackground. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing law firm who will offer full training and ongoing development.

As a customer service advisor you will help the firms customers understand their options and legal rights to assist them in starting a claim to recover financial loss and/or compensation for injuries sustained in a motor accident.


THIS ROLE IS PART TIME OUT OF HOURS WORKING EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS
Full training will be given - This role includes a training period of 8 weeks. Training will be 4.30pm

  • 9.30pm Monday to Friday. Following the training period, you will move onto your contracted shift pattern which will be discussed at interview.
Previous experience working within a customer service environment is needed.

Duties include:

  • Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls assisting them in utilising their legal expenses insurance or providing options if they did not purchase this product
  • Collating data accurately and effectively
  • Convert referrals into personal injury/ ULR claims by ensuring clients are aware of the services available to them
  • Question and challenge peers/managers where processes and procedures do not meet expectations and any activity that does not place customers interests at the heart of how we do business

You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as you will have contact with clients on a daily basis.
