2fawcett have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join an industry leading manufacturing business in South Derbyshire. This role offers hybrid working and future development opportunities within a busy and fast-moving Supply Chain Department.

Main Duties

Build up and sustain close customer relationships with both internal and external customers
Input invoice data in SAP system
Create the necessary documentation for the business according to the appropriate deadlines
Maintain accurate stock level details in SAP
Create all necessary documentation for the business according to the appropriate deadlines
Track documents
Quotations, Purchase orders, Invoices using SAP, Delivery instructions, Contents lists, Packing lists etc.
Exchange rate contacts for duel currency transactions
Control of suppliers' invoices and payment requests
Overdue payments control regular check and proactive action to ensure on time payments
Update Kaizen business processes and procedures accordingly
