Green Improve are a rapidly growing company specialising in energy efficient home improvements via the ECO 4 Scheme. With continued expansion planned we are recruiting an Electricians mate to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electricians Mate to join us and establish themselves as a key member of our install teams.

Working Full time Monday to Friday you will be working alongside a qualified electrician wiring and commissioning new heating systems to domestic retrofit properties throughout the UK.

You will be working on a combination of boiler and Air Source Heat Pump systems (prior experience wiring ASHP's would be beneficial but training can be provided).

Some over night stop outs will be necessary as part of this role due to the areas that we cover, a generous over night bonus is provided.

A company van and fuel card will be provided for the team as part of the package for this position, in addition to overtime opportunity, generous holiday entitlement and opportunity to progress.

In addition to wiring heating systems you will be

Fitting extractor fans and ventilation systems
Diagnosing Electrical Faults and repairing any issues

This role is suited to someone with previous experience in electrics and looking to work towards a career as a qualified electrician.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an electrical role and some electrical qualifications would be beneficial
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
