The Opportunity:


As a
Talent Acquisition Partner, **you will be joining our collaborative team with a focus on supporting our people, and bringing in the best talent.


This is a
fixed term hybrid
role based in our Cambridge
office, so you will ideally be comfortable coming into the office at least once or twice a week**.

Day to Day:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to take in role briefs and compose engaging job ads for current openings
  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Otta, Glassdoor)
  • Manage employee referral programs
  • Partner with hiring managers, to closely manage expectations and offer advice on the status of open positions
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager to analyse cost of recruitment and set realistic goals on budgets and costs
  • Be a champion of our recruitment system (Greenhouse)
  • Work on adhoc value add projects (e.g.
D&I, Recruitment Marketing, Sourcing Campaigns)

About you:


Must haves:


  • Experience recruiting into the technology industry as part of an inhouse recruitment team
  • Solid understanding and experience of fullcycle recruiting
  • Experience of creating strong networks and talent pools, with demonstrable experience of headhunting via LinkedIn
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, and be confident at prioritisation
  • Demonstrable skills building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail

  • Familiarity with Greenhouse
