    Description

    Job Title: Out-bound Call Handler

    We are seeking confident individuals to join our team at a Contact Centre in Dartford. The purpose of this role is to deliver an excellent level of service on every call.

    Engaging with customers is crucial, requiring effective communication, active listening, empathy, and a positive attitude. Applicants should be able to book deliveries over the phone, ensure customer satisfaction, manage complaints, and act as ambassadors for the business and brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Booking out deliveries with customers via telephone
    • Providing exceptional customer service to project a positive image of the business
    • Managing complaints in a positive and helpful manner
    • Acting as an ambassador for the business and brand

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Telephone handling and PC literacy
    • Positive attitude with ability to empathise in all situations
    • Excellent grammatical and numerical skills
    • Customer-focused approach with a high standard of accuracy
