C&K Opticians is a small family run, independent Opticians in Lowton. Our goal is to provide a professional and caring service to all of our patients. We will advise you in all aspects of eye care.


Responsibilities:

• Answer and route calls
• Confidentiality when dealing with patient details
• Be able to filter patient queries to the correct person
• Some knowledge of computers
• Making appointments for Eye examination and Contact lens checks
• Make calls on behalf of the company.
• Greet people entering the practice
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Be the first person a customer/patient sees when entering the practice
• Answer phones in a way that is friendly and helpful.

You may be required to cover at our 2 other practices in Tyldesley and St.
Helens if needed.

Pay will meet with National Minimum wage

Contract length: 2 months


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
