Our client are a well respected business in Bristol and are looking for an experienced Branch Manager for their busy office.


You will have the desire to win business and a passion for the industry and will be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with customers and meet customers' high service expectations.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Valuations
  • Gaining new instructions
  • Managing and motivate the team on a day to day basis
  • Dealing with customers both on the telephone and face to face
  • Understanding customer needs and selling to those needs as appropriate
  • Lead generation
  • Achieving branch targets and maximising profit
  • Sales progression
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Proven track record in winning new business
  • Hard working and results driven
  • Excellent Customer service skills


The Company can offer the right individual a competitive salary package of £30k - £40k basic with an OTE of up to £60k and Company Car.
