Key Skills & Experience
- A broad understanding of Linux and Windows
- Technical background with solid experience in computer systems and hardware
- Proficiency in defect troubleshooting and incident triage
- Working knowledge of data-centre technologies
- An understanding of remote access software including Teradici
- Experience working with helpdesk ticketing software
- Customer site experience
