Technical Support Engineer - Hardware

Up £40,000 (depending on experience)

Our Client provides hardware, software, consultancy and technical support.

Key Skills & Experience

  • A broad understanding of Linux and Windows
  • Technical background with solid experience in computer systems and hardware
  • Proficiency in defect troubleshooting and incident triage
  • Working knowledge of data-centre technologies
  • An understanding of remote access software including Teradici
  • Experience working with helpdesk ticketing software
  • Customer site experience
