Position:
Sewing Machinist

Hours: 40 hours per week

Monday to Thursday - 07:00 am - 16:00 pm

Friday 07:00 am - 13:00pm

Brierley Hill, Grazebrook Park

Responsibilities:_

• Program electronic equipment for precision stitching
• Stitch fabric and leather for chairs, sofas, and beds on industrial sewing machines
• Inspect products to ensure specifications are met
• Meet set KPIs and targets for efficient production
• Regularly inspect and report sewing machine malfunctions
• Work in a safe and effective manner, adhering to Health and Safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the Sewing and Cutting Team to ensure highquality standards

Essential Skills:_

• 3 years of experience with industrial sewing machines (flatbeds, overlockers)
• Maintain highquality standards and output
• Work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines
• Technical eye for detail
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Initiative and enterprise mindset
