£21,000-£28,000 per annum D.O.E

Hours:
Full-time, Monday-Friday 08:30am-5pm. No weekends

Go Train, one of the UK's largest training providers, is looking to appoint a
Skills Trainer as part of the government's Restart initiative.

As a
Skills Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting long-term unemployed individuals into suitable and sustainable employment by supporting them in pre-employment training.

Role Requirements:

Deliver high impact training solutions to meet a range of participant needs (including, skills assessments, 'How to' sessions, 'Making the most of', and other relevant activities)
Meet personal performance targets, and all Quality and Compliance measures by delivering high quality training provision to participants
Work collaboratively with operational teams to offer high impact training solutions to meet a range of emerging participant needs (including Mock Interviews and other workpreparation activities)
Working with the Employer Engagement Team and other appropriate stakeholders, participate in delivering specific employer related events
Accountable for meeting targets, which will include delivering an agreed number of sessions per week/month
Strive to maintain high standards of delivery, including participation in selfevaluation, training observations and peer observation

About you:
You are driven, motivated and want to make a difference to people's lives

Experience in the welfaretowork sector is desirable, but not essential
Experience in a similar training role is desirable, but not essential
