Description

My client, a London based financial organisation have recently implemented Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and require an expert Salesforce Technical Specialist to configure and add further functionality.

They have a number of add-ins to help with due diligence, document production and customer ID verification (RiskScreen, Conga & ID-Pal) respectively.

They are also in the process of building an API between Salesforce and their core banking system.

Key challenges focus upon ensuring the system is configured correctly, that reports can be generated easily and that users understand how to utilise Salesforce's full functionality.

The company is divided by permission rights.


The project:

• Refine some of the aspects of their organisation, existing system set up following recent implementation
• Configuration of Salesforce
• Provide training on how best to use the system, how to generate and automate reports
• Help the client own their system and use Salesforce's functionality to optimum ability
