Information Security Consultant
Hybrid - 2 days a week in the Office
Up to 58K Basic + Company Benefits
Currently working with a logistics organisation keen on bringing in an Information Security Consultant.

Working with the IT Infrastructure team, you'd have knowledge in ISO27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, Cybersecurity, and core security principles e.g., Security by Design, Defence in depth and the CIA Triad model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert technical guidance, and support for information security matters information security plans, policies, and procedures, developing strategies to respond and recover from a security breach.
  • Ensuring protection for assets both internal and external threats e.g. vulnerability patching, AV, Firewalls, and DLP.
  • Responsible for scoping and leading Penetration Testing projects plus working with the 3rd Parties to conduct penetration testing
  • Involvement in monitoring networks and systems for critical security breaches, using software that detects intrusions and anomalous system behavior
  • Manage the design of information security solutions and develop detailed cyber security designs.
