Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Marketing Manager (£40,000 + Benefits) to join a global business in Milton Keynes who have a quality driven culture and are part of a multi-billion dollar brand.


Managing an initial budget of circa 250k and with a view to hire a Marketing Assistant in the next 18 months this role will appeal to someone looking to join a progressive business and lead the growth of their marketing department.


Responsibilities include:

  • Planning 360 marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital.
  • Work with the Product Manager on product launches. Lead the launch plans and marketing activity to ensure all launches are supported.
  • Execute the digital marketing strategy and digital marketing transformation of the business.
  • Implement integrated marketing programs to help build our brand and drive leads to Sales team.
  • Management of all marketing collateral (brochures, datasheets, catalogues, etc.). Creating of new collateral for product launches and maintenance of existing collateral.
  • Monitor and track market trends to ensure any new opportunities are captured and proactively recommend changes to marketing plan.
  • Effectively manage external marketing agencies.
  • Reporting out on Marketing activity, data and effectiveness.


The successful Marketing Manager will join a fast-paced, project driven business and reporting into a supportive & knowledgeable hiring manager and surrounded by a collaborative, friendly team.
