Responsibilities

  • Pay Rate £36.00 per hour Umbrella
  • Assignment duration 7 months
  • Working hours 7.30am 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)


  • Qualifications/tickets/cards required

  • CSCS & SSSTS
  • Main duties/brief outline of job
  • Proven track record of supporting the finishing of building projects, experience in an NHS environment preferred, but not essential. Experience of overseeing multiple trades, driving programme, use of FieldView (or similar project monitoring system) and achieving project completion in line with programme

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 7 months


Salary:
£36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Portsmouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Hospital environment: 1 year (required)
  • Overseeing multiple trades: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • SSSTS (required)
  • CSCS (required)
