Hours:
You will work 34 hours per week over four days including 'most' weekends

Requirement:
A current full UK manual driving license

We are looking for someone who wants to be out and about and not tied to a desk to help us to manage, organise and transfer our assets held at local branches in and around the area.

We are looking for somebody with is comfortable speaking to people and a keen eye for detail.

This is an entry level role working in multiple locations as part of a team, we also need you to know your way around MS Packages, as you'll primarily be working off this to complete asset transfer information.

Speaking to local depots to book in drop off's and then taking the asset to the nearest depot to ensure the asset is transferred and handed over in line with company policy.

You will provide asset transfer updates to the local management teams to keep them updated on progress, communicate any issues.

What you'll do

Responsible for all assets across the area (up to 10 branches).
Coordinating the move of assets.
Scheduling & booking in asset moves.
Communicating with stakeholders at depots and local branches.
Providing support to local branches to ensure smooth daily operations.
Log & maintain detailed information, create and manage reports regarding assets and transfer data
Purchasing and helping purchase vehicles.
