About the role:

You will respond to enquiries from prospective postgraduate students and their representatives, providing advice and guidance. You will also be involved in supporting virtual recruitment activities.

About you:

Effective communication skills, ability to adapt to supporting students, academic staff, external organisations, or other members of the team
A high standard of IT and administrative skills, including use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
An ability to work effectively in a team and independently
An ability to stay calm and work efficiently and accurately in a busy customer service environment
