Contracts Supervisor - JMAC Safety Systems

Job description and responsibilities:


  • Day to day supervision of the contracts, that you will have direct responsibility managing.
  • Labour allocation and control
  • Recruitment of Install Teams
  • Manage contracts on time and target workforce.
  • Must be competent in understanding technical design works and the ability to work with temporary works drawings.
  • Weekly Platform inspections (if needed)
  • Computer skills are essential
  • Ensure all works are carried out under Health & Safety guidelines
  • Monitor closely the productivity of employees
  • Working closely with the Contracts manager to ensure smooth running of the day to day business.
  • Liaising and building long term relationships with clients and site teams
  • Current valid UK driving licence.
  • Previous experience in supervisory/management essential, particularly working on new build projects or joinery would be advantageous.
  • Industry based qualifications SMSTS, SSSTS, Or CISRS would be an advantage.
  • Selfmotivation and ability to work as part of a team
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritise and display strong leadership skills.
  • Strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Solid knowledge of Health and Safety working within the industry including CDM regulations.
  • Ability to manage and build strong working relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects (if required) simultaneously
  • A standalone individual, who will get the job done.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £30,000.00 per year
