Broster Buchanan is engaged with a Global Organisation who are looking to recruit for a Solutions Consultant. You will lead the development of winning client solutions, with a particular focus on the Local Government sector.

Working with clients, the SolutionsConsultant develops and delivers solutions using breadth of capabilities and their innovative experience, bringing together both internal and external contributors.

The role

Lead and support Pursuits, Tenders and Proposals both within Consulting or as part of a wider sales team.?
Use Market Intelligence to help open doors and present options?
Develop deep understanding of client needs and translate them into winning solutions as part of a final Proposal.?
Lead customer discoveries and pilots supporting specific client opportunities.?
Manage the formal and informal interactions with internal and external teams to support solution development and delivery.?
Lead knowledge management efforts to best enable sales teams to quickly find answers to their questions and to enhance and update existing and new solutions.?
Responsible for people management and leadership able to bring together teams and deliver agreed, coherent and complete solutions?

Experience required

An experienced professional who understands the current and future Local Government landscape from people, processes and systems perspective with either a Management Consultancy and/or Local Government professional?
Able to demonstrate 'cross sector' agility and transferrable skills to support other public sectors clients as required.?
Over 5 years of direct experience designing and delivering transformation programmes linked to people, process and systems where 'digital' has been a key component.?
Deep understanding what it's like working in a 'council'' worked for/with a range of Local Government providers, C-Suite/Senior members of Local Authorities, nationally and/or regionally.?
