THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
You will report to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

You will be managing your own ledger of accounts to ensure cash is received on time in full, ensuring targets are consistently met.

You will liaison with customers & the commercial team to resolve queries and allocate cash.

There will also be some credit limit management and opening of customer accounts and maintain and undertake check credit limits as required.

Working three full days a week with some flexibility to work from home.

REQUIREMENTS:

You will have worked in a credit control role previously, had full ownership of a ledger of accounts, and be available on a short notice.

You will have experience working to targets with a track record of reducing aged debt, sales invoicing, cash allocation and court letters.

You will be committed, hardworking and above all you will be a good communicator and be able to work in a team of established credit controllers.

You will need little supervision and have the experience to prioritise a heavy, demanding workload. Experience of working within the logistics sector would be an advantage but not essential.

COMPANY BENEFITS

The company offer excellent working conditions and onsite parking 25 days holiday pro rata and an hourly rate of £ £13.00 per hour depending on experience, Standard working hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm, 1⁄2 hour for lunch and ideally you will work three full days to fit in with another team member.

You will be available on a short notice and commit to the role which will convert to a permanent position for the right person.
