We are a local training company looking for someone to join our sales and administration team.

We are looking for someone bubbly, flexible, and adaptive to work a dual role between sales and administration.


The role includes:

  • Assist with answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the right department.
  • Efficient customer service with a warm welcoming personal
  • Booking courses on our inhouse booking system
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Innovative with your own ideas to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide potential customers quotes and follow up.
  • Communicate with marketing.
  • Be able to confidently close sales leads.
  • Attending business events and promoting the business, products, and services
  • Support the team and business with daytoday administration tasks.
We are looking for someone who is confident, a team player and able to manage themselves and their workload.

The role is Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8am to 5pm.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year
