We are a local training company looking for someone to join our sales and administration team.We are looking for someone bubbly, flexible, and adaptive to work a dual role between sales and administration.
The role includes:
- Assist with answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the right department.
- Efficient customer service with a warm welcoming personal
- Booking courses on our inhouse booking system
- Ability to build relationships and maintain excellent customer service.
- Innovative with your own ideas to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide potential customers quotes and follow up.
- Communicate with marketing.
- Be able to confidently close sales leads.
- Attending business events and promoting the business, products, and services
- Support the team and business with daytoday administration tasks.
The role is Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8am to 5pm.
