Engagement Manager

Rate - £750 to £850 (Overall assignment rate to umbrella)

Contract Length - 12 months

Location - London (hybrid working)

Responsibilities:

Someone with excellent influencing and relationship skills, you will be able to work with a range of key stakeholders, including public sector organisations, clinical teams, and charities
Understand demands and manage expectations
Someone with a proven track record of forming, developing, and evaluating new partnerships to drive change and deliver strategic outcomes
Set a strategy for how engagement is managed
Build relationships

Skills Required:

Have worked within health and public sector on large budget projects
Stakeholder management skills both internal and external
Come from a similar working background
Knowledge of change management/transformation in a big programme
Someone who can work strategically to create robust service delivery plans that will improve outcomes
