CMA Recruitment Group are recruiting an Interim Financial Accountant to join an established and forward thinking Portsmouth based business for a period of c6 months to support during year end and during period of positive change within the business.

Therate is £350-£450 per day and the company offer a hybrid working patten.


What will the Interim Financial Accountant role involve?

  • Production of external reporting including statutory and regulatory requirements for multiple group entities;
  • Ensuring the integrity of the balance sheet and control account reconciliations;
  • Submission of Corporation Tax and VAT returns;
  • Evolution of internal processes and ensuring reporting accuracy;
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Applicants will ideally be practice trained or possess relevant industry experience;
  • Ideally ACA/ACCA qualified with post qualified experience relevant to the role;
  • Able to work independently with excellent attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills and able to partner effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
