Part Time Cleaners required to work on new build housing developments.

CSCS card holders preferable.

You must have a driving license and transport, and will need to be flexible to travel as we gain more sites.

We currently have work in Market Harborough, Oakham (Leicestershire) and Morton, Alfreton (Derbyshire).

You need to be thorough and have an eye for detail as the houses have to be perfect when they are handed over to the customer.

We are offering part time hours at the moment but this can potentially be increased as training is complete and more sites are available for us.

New build cleaning is NOT like domestic cleaning. We transform empty houses that have just been built. We usually do three cleans;

• Build clean we strip tape off windows, remove paint, plaster, grout and dust off windows, tiles and all surfaces, fixtures and fittings.
• Reclean once flooring has been laid and snags have been completed, we will reclean a plot to get it looking good before the customer has a home demonstration.

• Final/Sparkle clean

• We dust and polish all surfaces, fixtures and fittings and hoover/clean all floors and carpets ready for handover to the customer. On final cleans we also use a water fed pole system to clean external windows.

We also clean show homes and welfare facilities including site office, canteens and toilets.

• Initially on a part time basis, approx hours / dependent on day of the week

- £11 per hour

• Full driving license and own transport required
• CSCS card preferable but I can help you get one if necessary, as they are needed to work on site. There is a test to take, cost for this will be reimbursed on successful completion of probationary period.
