Support with setting up training (both in person and virtually) by coordinating access Support the team in raising the profile of targeted activities Provide support to team members in setting up rooms for meetings Check and book rooms for team members upon request Take minutes at team meetings or other meetings chaired by team members, and transcribe accurately Receive and respond to e-mails in timely and appropriate manner, forwarding where necessary Be a point of contact for when the team are unavailable, answering telephone calls and relaying any messages in a timely manner Work collaboratively with different staffing groups to ensure audits relevant to the team are undertaken in a timely way Record and store data in a clear and accessible way that enables the team to deliver their reporting requirements Ensure clear and accurate record keeping Undertake general administrative tasks such as typing, copying, scanning, printing, laminating etc Monitor and raise purchase requisitions for stationery, services and supplies for the department Keep up to date with statutory and mandatory training
