Our service has been developed to facilitate smooth and effective transition for individuals living in residential homes and/or hospital in-patients into our self-contained residential apartments/ bungalow that offer independent living within a community-based environment.

About the Role:


What do we need from you?

• Reliable and trustworthy
• 1 years or more experience as a Support Worker
• Two to four 12 hour shifts per week, days and/ or nights.
• Flexibility, maturity, independence and the very highest professional standards
• Commitment to delivering client specific care
• Adaptable approach to support client and family members
• Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting
