The Cancer Team at Croydon Health Services are looking to recruit a lead for Cancer data to support with sustainable improvements to data quality through improving data collection processes across a number of key COSD (Cancer outcomes and Service Data) items to meet national targets including; staging data, Personalised care data collection, eHNA compliance and treatment summaries.


The post holder will be the main point of contact for RM Partners data queries and requests and provide assurance on the delivery of the key objectives.


  • To deliver sustainable improvements to data quality through improving data collection processes across a number of key COSD (Cancer outcomes and Service Data) items to meet national targets including; staging data, Personalised care data collection, eHNA compliance and treatment summaries.
  • Accountable for collating data required to understand implementation of the Faster Diagnosis Best Practice Pathways in line with national data requirements including; Prostate, Colorectal, Upper GI, Lung, Gynaecology and Head and Neck.
  • Accountable for collating data required to support other RM Partners programme to deadline including; audits for the Treatment Variation programme, inequalities metrics, RDC NSS minimum dataset and other adhoc requests.
  • To be the lead contact for all RM Partners data queries and requests and providing assurance on the delivery of the objectives as outlined above and to work closely with the informatics department to ensure data is captured and reported appropriately.
