Rayner Personnel are excited to be working with a bespoke Property Developer in the search to find their next Creative Marketing Manager.


This is a great opportunity to sit in the heart of an exciting and growing team and you will be responsible for overseeing a number of their new and live projects.

As the Marketing Manager you will be expected to build team confidence, strong commitment, and collaboration throughout the team to deliver the best outcomes, whilst still leading by example and sharing your knowledge and experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the team to ensure all marketing materials are generated and produced to maximise brand promotion and delivery of effective campaigns.
  • Ensure that deadlines are met to ensure timely delivery of marketing tools to support the sales process.
  • Organise and set up all development launches and events locally and internationally.
  • Assist the Marketing Executives in producing marketing material including; brochures, signage, advertising, development models, CGI imagery, promotional videos, etc.
