Band 5 Performance Outcome Administrator


This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled person who is passionate about Outcomes and Performance data and improving services for staff and service users to join the Tower Hamlets CAMHS service.


The post-holder will bring experience of working with outcome and performance data in a mental health setting, service improvement methodologies and will be confident in working in a multi disciplinary setting.


The postholder is accountable for ensuring the delivery and co-ordination of a wide range of performance management data, including clinical activity and staffing data.

This will involve working with the service performance leads and managers and ensuring an integrated approach to providing the wide range of performance reports.


  • Prepare and deliver reports in a timely and appropriate manner; and provide answers to queries about performance issues.
  • Develop, modify and enhance Service systems and procedures on an ongoing basis using own initiative.
  • Staff management appraisal, training & supervision processes.
  • Participate in activity monitoring & basic audit as required.
  • Induct new staff to appropriate administration system.
