Our client, a nationwide services business is looking for an experienced
HR Generalist with extensive ER skills including redundancies or restructures to join their team for a
3 month Fixed-Term Contract.

You will be joining the Head of HR in a
organisational restructure, where you will be helping to assess capabilities across teams and leading ER including redundancy assessments and consultations.

This role is based in Birmingham one day per week and may have the need to travel from time to time infrequently.

**This role is paying £52K plus car allowance.
