Role:
Part Time Commercial & Operations Director (3 Days per week)

Based Central London offering flexible hybrid working

Paying circa £80,000 + Benefits (Pro Rata'd)

Talentedge are currently working with an incredibly exciting Branding Agency who are currently looking to hire a Commercial & Operations director to join their impressive senior leadership team.

This is an excellent hands on commercial opportunity for someone with a proven track record within an agency environment looking to work in a truly autonomous role working for one of the most established SME agencies within a vibrant working environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

Lead and manage agency capacity and timesheets including resource planning, tracking timesheets and reporting, reviewing and improving processes in place
Leading the project management function including oversight over the project managers
Maximising workflows, structures and practices across all commercial and operations functions
Work closely with leadership and finance teams to manage the forecast, invoicing, agency commercials and P&L
Manage the client, partner and supplier commercials
Preparing agency fee proposals and leading agency fee negotiations
Driving operational cost saving and revenue growth initiatives
Lead and develop the relationship with legal teams
Leading and managing the client contracting process
Adhoc project based work where necessary
Relevant sector experience is essential
An agency background with an excellent understanding of how a successful agency operates
Strong commercial acumen
Hands on experience working in a broad commercial role with a desire to learn
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with various different levels of stakeholders across the business
Strong project and program management skills with exceptional attention to detail
A charismatic and enthusiastic team player
