Site Superevisor Residential Contruction Project conversion of Barn to 2 homes.
This s a hands on project and would suit some one looking with experiance who is keen to progress to Site Manager.
The scope of works covers all aspects of contruction and conversion, inc setting out, sourcing materials, ordering, the project requires involvment and supervision of trades, including ground works, ( mostly complete) demolition and soft demolition ( mostly complete), joinery, roofing, mechanical services., electrical.
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
